I did not really say it as a joke and I proceded in explaining why it was Hoyer's fault as it surely is.

So laughing at me or with me seems irreconcilable to me.

I say it must be a dilemma for any comedian to say if the audiance is laughing at the comedian delivering the joke, or if the comedy is just funny.

The best jokes are always completely true and correct.

Unfortunately I do everything physically slow and clumsy.

Even when elected to the US Congress I will have disabilities that will cause difficulties but the Americans with Disabilities Act will require arraingements be accommodated as needed.

And if I do lose the election then I suspect some other occupation will come up as I do not plan to be inactive for the rest of my life.

The Disability programs do try to help us disabled persons to get suitable employment but they do not push the disabled into just any job because we break down.

I've seen you walk.. you have a normal gait, you don't walk any slower than anyone else..

You walk without the aid of a walker or a cane.. and other than your fashion sense, what is your disablilty exactly?? Or are you defrauding the US Government too??
