Why is he leaving? Are the cutting off his electricity? Did he get evicted? Or even better, convicted?

He'll be back. He says he "plans on leaving." He is not promising to leave nor is he telling us he will never come back. He might try to come back under a new name but we'll all pick up on him right away. His very first karma bomb will be red. Even if he gives it to himself (using the JPC account).
