I didn't know of this until it was pointed out to me. But, back
During the Great Depression, President Herbert Hoover ordered the
Deportation of all illegal aliens in order to make jobs available to
American citizens that desperately needed work.

And then again in 1954, President Dwight Eisenhower deported 1.3
Million Mexican nationals! The program was called "Operation Wetback"
So that American WWII and Korean veterans had a better chance at jobs.
It took 2 years, but they deported them.


Now, if they could deport the illegal's back then, they can sure do it

I'm not a fan of the term "wetback" at all but I agree that illegals (not just Mexicans) should be deported.

I don't care too much for that word, "Wetback", but I would have to agree with you that ALL illegals should be sent back....it's wrong to just say it's the Mexicans/ Spanish/ Latino races....but yes, I do have to agree with you.

your right "WETBACK" does not really apply, as the illegals are crossing through the deserts, mostly these days ....... maybe sweaty would be more appropriate ....

The term "wetback" does not fit, but I whole heartedly agree. Illegals regardless of what country they come from are taking so much from Americans in general and depleating our services.
