They close at 8:00.

Now I have a question:

Is this an open primary?

Forgive me, as I'm relatively new to MD.

I'm a registered Republican; can I vote in the primary?

Thanx...

Maryland doesn't have open primaries.

As a Republician, you can vote in the primary, but only for Republician candiates. So for President, you could only vote for President Bush. However, you can vote for challengers to take on Stenny Hoyer and Barbra Mulkulski.
