The more I think on the subject, JPC might just have something

I was down looking at new cars over the last couple weeks and decided that I just cant justify spending the 45k on the new truck I want, So, I have options.
I can either keep driving my current Doge Ram or, I can wait until someone leaves their truck in a parking lot and steal theirs.

Now, Im sure we all know that when I steal their truck its going to cost the insurance companies, the police will expend thousands and thousands to catch me, the courts will pay thousands to convict me and then the state will pay hundreds of thousands to keep my theiving ass behind bars were I will get a place to sleep, three meals a day, TV magazines,, and if I want drugs, I just have to bite a guard.

the solution is simple.
I expect to see my new truck in my driveway by the end of next week.
The 45k the state will spend to keep me from costing them hundreds of thousands will be money well spend.

I wish to thank all you taxpayers in advance for my transportation needs.

now,, lets think of how to work on that rape problem.
