In an effort to prove JPC wrong (yet again), please vote on if you live in MD District 29B. This will help to prove that JPC is arguing with the people he is trying to get votes from.

This is what I was refering to when I said that he cant be for real, and he is here for another reason.
its either a joke, or he is working for someone that is going to be running against him.

either way, there is no way on Gods earth that this man can be for real.

Wiley, I'm right on the hairy edge between 29B and 29C (thus unsure of which is my district), but regardless of that I have been actively ignoring JPC because I refuse to lower myself to his level. If I ever see his name on a ballot, running for any office no matter how minor, I will be sure to vote against him.
