The Court will tape record it but I can not. One can then buy the transcript for not too much. The oral argument is not until June and tomorrow I am only hand delivering the written Brief with record extract. The Attorney General Office(AGO) will later give their "reply Brief" because the AGO is the counsel for DORS (Division of Rehabilitation Services). The case is open to the public ( case 2088 September Term, 2005, Court of Special Appeals of MD.). I think it will be more interesting to read it when it hits the newspapers.

P.S.
I will miss the Forum too for my two day excurtion but I will plan a new thread for my return. Like what will my next campaign ad be like??

On Thursday I have to deliver my case of Briefs to the Court Of Special Appeals of Maryland in Annapolis and I will stay over with family till late Friday and will be back on Saturday morn if all goes well and some times it does not.

My case is against the Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS), who are expected to be helping me and others with disabilities to get off of public toilets

I have been messing in my case of Briefs for weeks now and finally finished and I am going to deliver it on Thursday 2.16.2006.

My argument now is that the Circuit Court for SMC is violating the U.S. 14th Amendment of "due process of law" and "equal protection of the law" and thus discriminating against me and others in our disability cases by failing to provide depends.
