Arrow Court Of Special Appeals and 29B.

Well I have to leave this Community Forum again so coming 2 days on this Thursday and Friday I will not be pestering any one on here with my postings because I will be away all Thursday and Friday.

On Thursday I have to deliver my case Brief to the Court Of Special Appeals of Maryland in Annapolis and I will stay over with family till late Friday and will be back on Saturday morn if all goes well and some times it does not.

My case is against the Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS), who are expected to be helping me and others with disabilities to get off of public assistance. But DORS went and closed my case for petty reasoning and I appealed first to the Office of Administative Hearings and then appealed to the Circuit Court for St. Mary's County.

Then one of the clerks for the Circuit Court said that I refused to sign my own Petition for Judicial Review and so Judge Abrams dismissed the case without a hearing. So now I have appealed to the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland in Annapolis and I have been working on the case Brief for weeks now and finally finished and I am going to deliver it on Thursday 2.16.2006.

My argument now is that the Circuit Court for SMC is violating the U.S. 14th Amendment of "due process of law" and "equal protection of the law" and thus discriminating against me and others in our disability cases by failing to provide the Judicial Review. The oral arguments are not until the first week of June 2006 so the case has a long way to go yet but I think it will be great if it does conclude before the election on Sept. 12th and so 29B will here of the results.

Anyway, going to be absent Thursday and Friday but I surely will be thinking about the Community Forum while I am gone.

For just a second, I thought you were going to slam the door and never come back. I was going to yield a warning that this place is like the roach motel. Roaches find their way in, but they don’t find their way out.

What makes you “disabled” and unable to qualify for any gainful employment?

As usual, you have no idea what you are talking about. The 14th has nothing to do with the way you are trying to use it. Of course that won't stop you.

Now, I understand that Im not that bright when compared to ol' JPC, but, its only because I was forced to go to college and he was allowed to self educate while in prison. Just no way to compete with that.

Anyway, if you were seeking a job, would you accuse the people responsible for hiring you of discrimination before you even got to the frist interview?
because, this is kinda what he is doing. He is going to bring charges against the very county that he thinks he is able to represent.

JPC, an honest question here.
Are hitting the pipe?

I'm guessing that they couldn't find anything wrong with you so they told you to get a job, right?

Well I, for one, will miss you tremendously. You provide me with more entertainment than practically anyone on here.

Please let us know what happens at your hearing. I would literally give anything to be able to attend and watch you do your thing. Could you possibly tape record it? Then I could turn it into digital audio and we could podcast it.
