It was a sting in aroumd 1983 and I was not there. As I understand it there was some undercover police that secretly got some 20 people and some time later they went and arrested the 20 then on a later day and so the arrest warrant was made out for me but then they found out it was not me and it was her boyfriend so my case got dropped and the record still remains even though it is wrong.

BUT, the later 1996 - 2001 arrest for spray painting child support thieves were mine and I did my time too.

I think I understand now. They indicted you in 1984, then they took Mr. Peabody in the way back machine, went back to 1983, arrested someone else, figured out it wasn't you, then got back into the wayback machine and dropped the charges.

You should have stuck to blaming your son.

Bullshirt!!! If the warrant was obtained with erroneous information it would have been voided and it existence would have been expunged. Ask the 12 year old sitting at the machine next to you what erroneous and expunged mean. I don't have time.

I do know that there is a procedure to get the record expunged and I think one must go before a Judge to do it and I did not even know there was such a record on me that said that until it was pointed out here with that new link to look up Court records.

But even now that I do know I doubt that I would get it expunged because it would be dragging up old stories. Since the charge was dismissed and it is fully irrelivant then if the posters here want to believe their own versions then I will not be trying to stop it. I stand by what I have already told.

I do not see it as weak at all. In fact the opposite. Take the advantage and the offencive is what I usually do and that is the same here.

In many regards and certainly in politics it is a given understanding that even negative publicity is positive publicity if one knows how to capitalize on it and that is my specialty.

I'm sure you realize the impact these "dismissed" charges will have on voters. Not good at all. The fact that you will not muster up the effort to have the record "corrected" speaks volumes. I say this in all seriousness, I think you are under the influence of something bad and I do believe it has been in your history. Expecting people to believe outrageous statements and of course the predictable mantra, "somebody else did it", are basic indicators. If your campaign includes a public debate and you present your beliefs as you have done here, you're toast but it will go right over your head.

The poster's request to explain is of a big issue so I took a day to think about it.

The truth to me is a tool and a weapon and a defencive shield too. Truth is like the bottom line, the hard reality, it is beyond beliefs, it is beyond opinions, and there are absolute truths and if we or I miss the truth then it is to miss the mark / sin.

1) Truth as a tool because when any person uses it correctly then it makes that person stronger in character, vibrant, influential, and truth as a tool puts that person in control and closer to the real God.

2) Truth as a weapon because this world is crammed full of lies and deceptions so only truth as a weapon gives us the power to move mountains, to attack the evil powers, only truth as a weapon can break down the walls of one life or the walls of the whole world.

3) Truth as a defencive shield because any un-truth is a weakness and a vulnerability while having the truth gives me or anyone a solid foundation to fall back on when the forces of this world attack us as they always do. When the foundation is built on truth then nothing can shake us off of a true stand.

Jesus Christ said that He was the truth so when one finds a little truth here and a little truth there then it is like pieces of a broken puzzle that just needs to be put together. Christ said in rememberance of Him that His body was broken and His blood spilled out and thus we find pieces Him here and there in small pieces of truth here and elsewhere and everywhere. Putting all the pieces of truth together is the quest for that absolute truth. The wise persons will always seek it out.
