If anyone here feels worried about me getting elected amd stomping to Annapolis then just concider how Bohanan's buddies must feel about it????? When I think about them then it makes me laugh.

The real irony is that the oligarchy has purposely misused Bohanan to push their agenda and their greed onto 29B and so for years now they have played happily off of his weaknesses and now I am going to give the bunch of them a pitiful whipping whether I win the election or not and that will be the bottom line in 2006. The oligarch created their weak puppet so they could pull the strings and that is what has opened the door for me to come on in, and my deviant mind knows just how to capitalize on it.

So in that case I would take the Contractors and or the Navy to the Courts. First the State Circuit Court and then the Federal District Court, then get the Court to issue an Injunction that will use the police to stop the growth / the Contractors.

A prime example or precedent would be back when St. Mary's County was going to re-build the old Circuit Courthouse and then it was me that wrote an Editorial in the Enterprise that told that the Court could not function under the construction. Subsequently Judge Briscoe issued a Court Injunction that stopped all work on the Courthouse until some solution was found.

Then the County had to build an entirely new building first to be used temporarily by the Circuit Court so it could function while the re-building began again.

In the USA no one, nor any entity, has a right to interfere with the functions of the society institutions and the law will stand firm when it is applied.

I could get the same form of Court Injunction here so that the school overcrowding must be ended before any more growth in St. Mary's County. The same with roads, with the Detention Center, and etc.

Right now I like Hillary Rodham Clinton(D-NY) for President. Not all of her do I like but she is a gutsy gal and that I do like and that we can deal with, in my opinion and that could change by 2008.

P.S. I just come and go to this Forum. I still have emails to do and I have to finish a Reply Brief for the Court of Special Appeals due next week and so I am using the word processor a lot too, and I have to run off to the grocery store. On brakes I jot back to the SOMD forum so I am here and gone quickly for much of the day.
