Perhaps Harry Reid (D-NV) as Hillary's vice President, but I do not much like any of Nevada's politics nor its politicians and I only think Reid is some how above the old Nevada mentalities. I do suspect that Hillary will chose well when she does it.

P.S. I just come and go to this Forum. I still have emails to do and I have to finish a Reply Brief for the Court of Special Appeals due next week and so I am using the word processor a lot too, and I have to run off to the grocery store. On brakes I jot back to the SOMD forum so I am here and gone quickly for much of the day.

So it is a lot of talk for now but that is what a democratic election means. Politics means talking better than the other candidate.

After that then factual planning is meaningless. The election itself will determine the next step and it will be broad public knowledge so it will depend as to if others cooperate or if some try to resist the mandate.

If you look at 29c right now and State Delegate O'Donnel(R) is telling the Walmart store in 29c that he does not want it to expand. He offers no legislation and uses no "plan" and yet the Walmart must heed his words because he represents the people. Now if he said nothing or said go ahead to Walmart then it would be done (unless some other elected leader like a Commissioner got in the way) so they have much authority with no plan but only talk. Our guy in 29B that I plan to replace says nothing to the growth and he lets it overrun and overload our home. When I get there then I can tell the greed mongers to stop and it will be their place to make plans of how to deal with the issues or else move out.

That is the way the system works, and thus that is the plan. Plus I will not have to go visit the area contractors or the Navy Base to let them know of the change. The election is big news and I am a fully eligible candidate and if some do not know already then they surely will know big time soon enough.

The talk may sound like nonsense but it is very real indeed.

There isn't a Walmart in 29C, you maroon!

You mean the one in 27B?

Have you ever considered opening a map?

Well I suppose the Wal-Mart could be in 27B instead of 29c as the maps of the District boundaries are not clear and I have never lived over there. The point though was that Delegate O'Donnell(R) of 29c was making his open complaint against expanding the Walmart (in Prince Frederick with a "k") even though it might be in a neighboring District. So if Wal-Mart is in 27B and O'Donnell of 29B is taking shots at it then the point is even more significant that a Delegate has very much authority in the whole area even outside one's own area.

Thus the same is true for me, because the Pax Naval Base is in District 29c but as speaking from 29B we still have a voice in what happens next door. Also the County Court and Detention Center is in Leonardtown in District 29A but we in 29B still call it our own.

You really don't know anything about how all of this stuff works, do you?
