Not even close to $1,000. and we are keeping close records. The ads cost very little (relatively little) and I am now only planting the seeds of overthrow later. Most people do not decide whom they are going to vote for until the last minute or few days ahead of time. This coming 15th ad in the Enterprise will help start the process in breaking the status quo. This is my third ad now and much more will come. The campaign is proceeding great.

Only if the cause is just in Christ. I don't think refusing to support your child is viewed as just by Jesus since He cared so greatly for the children.

You "cared" so well for your son, he followed your example into criminal activity, too. Good job JPC,Sr.

I have never had any narcotics charges, nor ever charged for any felony.

I would, but I am not in 29B, so I don't think I would have the same impact as someone who lives in 29B. I did do the research. Those of you in 29B may want to send emails to the following:

sep@elections.state.md.us
wendy.atkins@co.saint-marys.md.us
kitty_countiss@co.saint-marys.md.us

I took the liberty of composing an email that can be cut and paste.

Subject: Re: Candidacy of James P. Cusick, Sr in district 29B

It has come to my attention that James P. Cusick, Sr is running for delegate as a Democrat in district 29B. I believe he may be ineligible under the Maryland Constitution.

Article III, Section 12, No Collector, Receiver, or Holder of public money shall be eligible as Senator or Delegate, or to any office of profit, or trust, under this State, until he shall have accounted for, and paid into the Treasury all sums on the books thereof, charged to, and due by him.

It is my understanding that he may be or has received funds for his own subsistence. He may also owe monies that may have been paid by the state when he failed to pay child support. It may also be the he owes taxes to the state.

I would appreciate it if you would look into this.

Regards,
Hope this helps.

But you hide in your username, unlike JPC. Of course you have no skeletons. Let someone run a check on the perfect MMDad.

As soon as I run for office, you are welcome to. I am a private person. As soon as he became a candidate he became a public figure. He chose to put himself up for examination. If he doesn't like it, he can quit.

I assume that I can run a check on a person named Jolly Roger and find you?
