Not even close to $1,000. and we are keeping close records. The ads cost very little (relatively little) and I am now only planting the seeds of overthrow later. Most people do not decide whom they are going to vote for until the last minute or few days ahead of time. This coming 15th ad in the Enterprise will help start the process in breaking the status quo. This is my third ad now and much more will come. The campaign is proceeding great.

It has come to my attention that James P. Cusick, Sr is running for delegate as a Democrat in district 29B. I believe he may be ineligible under the Maryland Constitution.

Article III, Section 12, No Collector, Receiver, or Holder of public money shall be eligible as Senator or Delegate, or to any office of profit, or trust, under this State, until he shall have accounted for, and paid into the Treasury all sums on the books thereof, charged to, and due by him.

It is my understanding that he may be or has received funds for his own subsistence. He may also owe monies that may have been paid by the state when he failed to pay child support. It may also be the he owes taxes to the state.

I would appreciate it if you would look into this.

As soon as I run for office, you are welcome to. I am a private person. As soon as he became a candidate he became a public figure. He chose to put himself up for examination. If he doesn't like it, he can quit.
