The thing is that you and others on here are pre-judging him before he has done anything wrong. Going to civil Court is not some crime and paternity does not mean that he is fighting it or that anything wrong was done at all.

MMDad already has him slandered as a deadbeat based on nothing, while others just back the slander up.

IMO, I do suspect that the law and child support will abuse my son and his family too just as it does to each of all the other families because the child support system is fundamentally unjust. So I actually agree with the pre-judging in that parents that just first go to Court are already cheated before any word is said. What gets me is why anyone sees injustice by our Courts and abuse by our laws as being the right thing to do to our citizens.

I see the request for paternity was through the Dept of Social Services, which means bebe's mother probably already had to go to them for financial support. Another example of our wasted tax dollars, if bebe's daddy would step up to the plate, I would not have to pay for it. And being arrested for is not slander, it is public record. I hope your son has a job, before he comes before the great and only "wizard" Mike Harris........

I love the baby and I think the mom is great too. I would like to handle his case myself but he does not listen to me very much. So I suspect after the c/s cheats him as it always cheats the separated parents then he will let me do the case. Plus if it is Harris then I will get a shot at the dirty crook through the Courts of Appeal and that means that I will have to wait for my son to see the light and give me power of attorney in his case and I can change all of child support through the Courts. I can not do it without a case. Particularly the percentage law that the Courts violate I can beat in Appeals and overturn the whole system, and rightly so, and Harris has his own legacy of the May 2000 case where he was shown off as a crook and I will rub it down if I can get power of attorney. So I do agree completely that child support is going to do its injustice to my son and my granddaughter and I pray for the day that I can do the case my way.

I think your kid needs to just go down to the jail and turn himself in if he lets you take the case.

So JPC, why wouldn't your own flesh and blood son not sign it over to you "the Wizard"? Could it be he thinks you are nutty?
