I hate to stick up for the sociopathic freak, but he doesn't have to file a report:

Quote:
If the personal treasurer does not plan to spend or receive more than $1,000 in connection with the election for which the entity was formed, it can file an Affidavit of Limited Contributions and Expenditures in lieu of all of reports. The Affidavit must be filed on or before the due date for the first Pre-Primary Report. If the personal treasurer spends or receives more than $1,000, the next report that is due in the reporting series must be filed.

Another one of the candidates reported that he was under the $1000 mark and filed the affidavit.

I don't have the Emptyprise here, so I'll have to wait for the article to get on their site.

At some point on or before the 15th he would have had to file even if he files the affidavit.

I filed my form on the 15th because I wasn't sure if we would go over.

What a surprise.
I did not like the way the Enterprise report was done. I have already told Alan Brody the reporter that the report was not correct but I do not know if they will print a correction. I will send in a letter to the Editor too.

I filed a form, 2006 Limited Contribution and Expenditures of $1,000., so the info is already there and the Enterprise failed to report it.

The election laws say that is all I have to file and nothing else. The report by Babcock about the County Commissioners told that one of the candidates for Commissioner had filed that same affidavit of limiting to $1,000. but Brody did not report that for mine. I really do not know if such an error would help my campaign or not. It could go either way.

My opponent has over $100,000. and I read his reports and the vast majority of his cash did not come from 29b, Bohanan's money came from outside of District 29b and very much of it comes from the Navy Base contractors or their affiliates. So I consider my little $1,000. to be more honest gain then his.

It would be a sad situation if Bohanan truly has the election bought and paid for, because it is 29b who really gets dumped on.

It would be an even sadder situation if you got 1 vote....

The best part about the finance reporting is that we can look up the truth. You are once again lying.

You accuse others of slander, but what you have posted here really is slander. You have blatantly lied in an attempt to mislead those you want to vote for you. If Boh actually thought you were a threat, he would have you in front of a Judge in the morning.

The only thing keeping you out of trouble is the fact that you are absolutely no threat to Boh.
