Under what mathematical system does 2% of 8,448 = 1,689?

Talking

I'll go with 8. 8 total votes.

I realize that there may be alot of dead beats in 29B, but I'm doubting that any of them will actually vote. For the ones that will vote, I'm betting on the fact that most deadbeats are actually smart enough to beat the system and therefore smarter than JPC, and smart enough to not vote an idiot into gub'ment.

JPC has done NOTHING to get his name out there, and has done ZERO community service unless part of his punishment.

So there it is. Chalk 8 total votes up for Mr. PT.

And yes, Vrai, a Forum junkies Mug would be a GREAT prize!
