I have now updated my website....

I started to write a concession letter, but so many of you are so interested in issues, that I thought I would offer an alternative.

The important issue here is to get out and Vote in November. Go to forums, ask questions and press these candidates.

After all, it's our money they are spending....

Oh... and I love to go to forums and ask questions....

I am so proud of CRE.... our precincts really came out to vote.... We made a real statement....

Guess I better start getting hubby busy painting those big signs, finding a place to put them, and putting away some funds for full page ads.... so people will think I'm a millionaire!

but what I wonder about is why candidates are satisfied to just put their name on a sign...and maybe a lame "For a better tomorrow!"

What I think might be innovative is policy signs...

NOT: "Manage Growth!"
Rather: "110,000 Calvert Countians by 2020?...TOO Crowded!"

NOT: "Better Schools!"
Rather: "30 kids in a classroom?...Is that What your Tax Dollars pay for?"

NOT: "I listen to the People!"
Rather: "Let's do Dinner! Tuesday nights at________________"
(And allow your constituents to do dinner with a commissioner.) (Not $100.00 a plate either.)


Even use the "burma-shave" technique of the 1950's...
