Doesn't Sal live south of Hermanville Road placing him in Election District 1, precinct 8-4? That is how it looks to me on the maps of the election districts.

I'm more concerned about the other two running for the board in SMC. Why would someone like Mr. Twigg run? I know he ran last time, but I don't think he's even been to a school board meeting has he? And is Mr. Mattingly's health that much better? Seems like lose-lose prop to me.
