Updated weather Site information

All,
Esperanza Weather Center has now been changed to Southern Maryland Weather. WE have done this in order to provide users with an easier URL to remember. We have increased our capabilites to serve more users in the Southern Maryland region.

You can check it out at Southern Maryland Weather.
