"GREEN" Pizza box

Inventor Thinks Outside The Pizza Box With Innovative New Design - Gothamist

This is a good idea. I wish I would have thought of it.

Don't see how this is any greener than any other pizza box. Doubt I'd ever use it in that capacity even if it was an option.

Usually just throw mine in the fire pit and burn it. Poof. No more box.

I've actually done that with a regular pizza box after a move and not being able to find plates.

Sometimes, there's even a slice or partial slice left in the box, so it smells really good while burning!

That's nifty and all, but I don't see how it's saving the environment. I mean, I guess it can save you from using paper plates, but those are recyclable and biodegradable too. Or, you can use regular plates which just need to wash to keep clean. Regular pizza boxes biodegrade.

I do like how you can use the bottom half for storage, because fitting a whole pizza box in the fridge is annoying.

I usually put it on a plate with plastic wrap. I'm killing the environment with plastic wrap.
