The MOMS Club of La Plata will hold a Meet & Greet event on Thursday, November 19th @ 10am. A chapter of MOMS Club, International, this group provides support to stay-at-home moms in our area.

The International MOMS Club (MOMS Offering Moms Support) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support for mothers who have chosen to stay at home to raise their children. Our goal includes providing moral support for at-home mothers, planning fun and educational activities for our children, providing a forum for topics of interest to women, and performing service projects, especially those benefiting children. It is the only national support group specifically for all at-home mothers.

The MOMS Club of La Plata has playgroups, field trips and many different activities to meet your interests. MOMS Club is a great way to meet new friends for yourself and for your children. If you're interested in finding out more about this organization, or in attending our upcoming Meet & Greet on November 19th, please check out our website at www.MOMSClubLaPlata.com or email us at info@momsclublaplata.com.

My guy is fascinated with my computer and has learned (while playing behind my back!) how the mouse works. I'd like to set up a computer in the house just for him to use.

He's weak in a lot of areas, but for some reason he has a skill for figuring out electronics and tech devices. But I think something as complex as your typical Windows screen and something as difficult as double-clicking might be too hard.

Has anyone seen a setup on a computer designed just for kids? Not a "kid computer". A real one set up for a 4 year old. Maybe just a web page with large buttons.
