Okay, thanks for the tip on the cilantro, I'm having some tonite. I soak it in water for about 10 minutes and put it on low on the grill. My father always soaked his so I guess I picked that up from him. I bought mine Saturday and put it in the fridge. Do you think it would be okay if I didnt soak it?

If they are dry, soak them. I bought mine yesterday, so it is still super fresh. Will be having more tonight, might use basil this ime.
