I thought the one at the craft fair was crap. It was like a sliced ham sandwich with some stuffing on top. It didn't look or tase like it was stuffed. Now the one from the craft fair at the church at the end of Newtowne Neck road was the real deal.

As I recall also. I think it was improper cooling before putting them in the reefer.

Too many hams in the walk in at one time, raised the temp too high. My hams come out of the water and into an ice bath unless it is REALLY cold outside in which case I just cover it and let Mom Nature take of bidness for me.

Down here - this is from a Gringo now - we have adopted what is called the Boliche Cubano – (Chorizo-Stuffed Beef Roast) - with ham included. The sandwiches from the leftovers, if there any leftovers.......

Its Twue! Its Twue!!

Goes great with the turkey, all the extras, and Football!!!!!!!

Just hope I do not have to turn on the A/C this year - looks like the low 70's.....

Chori Pollo.. I've never had it with the beef but I would bet it's

If anyone is reading this and enjoyed Cerro Grande which is attached to the Day's Inn, it is now closed.

I loved that place.

I'm still looking forward to the stuffed ham I don't have to make or buy.

stuffed ham

The in-laws picked it up from Chief's this year.

I haven't met a stuffed ham I haven't liked.

It was the first item gone from the buffet that could have fed 200 people.

We were only 22.
