| Women finds nose ring in McD's breakfast burrito Mother finds a piece of jewelry in daughter's McDonald's food - CBS Atlanta 46 LAWRENCEVILLE, GA (CBS ATLANTA) - A Gwinnett County woman is upset after said she found an undesirable item in her 4-year-old daughter's McDonald's breakfast on Wednesday morning. "I turned it and I see this piece of jewelry sticking out," Rosario said. "I'm like, 'What the heck is this?'" That piece of jewelry appeared to be someone's now missing nose ring which was just a few bites away from consumption by Rosario's daughter, Nevaeh. "My concern was that if something happened and she had swallowed it," Rosario said.
