The Frito Lay website says the three finalists will hit stores next Tuesday, February 12, at which point the public can vote on the overall winner. But today we caught wind of a curious photo that makes us wonder if the cat’s already out of the bag. Look at the photo above and tell us that doesn’t appear to be a very real bag of Chicken & Waffles flavored chips, presumably dreamed up by some unsung American hero. And how about this one on Instagram? Or this one, which also reveals another new flavor: Cheesy Garlic Bread. And THIS ONE, which reveals the third: SRIRACHA. Where in the country are these out already??!!

Anyone try them yet? They had small bags of each flavor at Walgreens, I picked up the chicken n waffle and garlic bread, didn't go for the spicy ones. My daughter will let me know how they are.

The chicken and waffle chips are DISGUSTING!!!! My daughter called them horrid, I tried a small one, it actually made me gag!

Got turned off to most flavored potato chips a long time ago. Will eat regular ones and once in a while barbeque potato chips . The other flavored ones use to leave like some kind of chemical maybe strange after taste in my mouth.

Don't know anything about them being out, but there was a contest. Everyone who entered a flavor got a photo of their bag w/ their flavor on the front. I have mine. My sd has her "hair" flavored bag of chips.

It is a shame - there were some spectacular (imo) flavors out there. None of the selectees sounds even remotely creative or appealing!

The chicken and waffle chips taste like a very nasty version of syrup, so gross. If anyone else tries them and likes them, please let me know.

My husband just tried them and looooooves them. He wants to know of you're a smoker because your taste buds must be burnt off (kidding, kidding). I smelled them and thought they certainly smelled like maple syrup.

I've never even heard of chicken and waffles until a recent trip to ihop. Since then I've seen that combination a number of different places.

I was a smoker until about 2 weeks ago, but my daughter is definitely not. Maybe we got a bad bag or something, they had an aftertaste that I can't even describe.
