| What Vitamins and/or Supplements Do You Take? I got laughed at this past weekend because I double fisted and downed a mouth full of stuff. I do realize that I probably take more than most people but I figure there's got to be some other weirdos like me out there. I can't take a multi-vitamin because they literally make me sick to my stomach so I take what I want/need. Daily: Maca Root (for endocrine system support) Magnesium (nerve and muscle support, have a pinched occipital nerve) Zinc (again muscle support) B Complex (metabolism) Pantholic Acid (great for the skin) Chromium Picolinate (insulin/blood sugar, diabetes runs rampant in my family) A Hair, Skin, and Nails Complex (I'm mean to my hair so it needs all the help it can get) Vitamin D (I have a deficiency) Beta Carotine (for my peepers) What do you take?

| I was told you should take a calcium supplement along with your vitamin D for absorption purposes. If your doc approves, you may want to add that to your list.

| Folic Acid, Vitamin C and Iron (because my hematologist told me to) Cat's claw (to keep my lyme away hopfully) Probiotics Vitamin B-12 (monthly injections for my pernicious anemia)
