The juice is ok as a quick pick me up..but dont forget to combine it with some protein and some carbs..peanut butter on toast or soemthing..otherwise your BS can spike and then drop down even lower. I used to have the hardest time with hypoglycemia..I passed out a few times before anyone thought to check my sugar.

best way to keep it even? keep the carbs to a minimum but on a regular, predictable schedule.

Do you cry after sex? I dated this girl that would cry after sex. Now she was crazy. Well, that's what I've told myself anyhow.

Yep, a tablespoon of peanut butter will carry you through the night.

Interesting...

I've been doing a pseudo Atkins diet.. Very low carb, but since the third or fourth or day I've had this craving for peanut butter every night before I go to bed. .. And I do just that, easy a tablespoon or two before bed.

I take my vitamins, D3 and peanut butter then bed. .

Yes I did weight watchers..lost a ton of weight hit goal and went back up(I suck).

I did Medifast (TSFL) hit my goal and have stayed there for two years. I go up about 10 lbs or so in the winter and have to work extra hard to lose it again. I want to keep my weight in a 5 lb range..but haven't done that yet. I am just thrilled to be where I am at.
