Nowhere in St. Mary's. There's a Hancock Fabric store in Waldorf.

Forgot about that.

I have bought fabric by the bolt in there. There's a pretty good chance they'll have something that can be used for this project, too.

If you are going to try Wal-Mart, you'd better hurry! They are getting rid of their fabric department, every time I go in there, the fabric department has less and less. Might even be all gone by now.

i'd been told thy were getting rid of their stuff so I didn't even consider them. guess I could see if they have anything left once the storm passes.

checked out the hancock fabric website, they definitely have whatI need, i'd just have to wait until I can get upthere.

BTW, if anyone happens t have a sewing machine they'd like to donate to a needy crafter, please keep me in mind. I'm tired of working on a machine that's older than I am!

That sucks about WalMart. I wonder if it's all of their stores, or just that one.

If Hancock does not work out for you, there is also a JoAnn's in Waldorf.
