No idea about PH. Didn't even know you could test grass PH.

Clueless on the type of grass.

I do know that there is very little top soil underneath.

I do know that there is very little top soil underneath.

You test soil ph, and unless you know the type of grass, it's hard to give an accurate cure.......but MOST grasses do good in the 6-7 ph level.

Oh and remember a few weeks ago I asked about grass and posted pics? Well I went and bought some peat moss and some grass seed... tilled it all up and planted then threw some hay on it... got lots and lots of grass now Of course DH is mad because he hasn't been able to get grass to grow! And tonight the neighbor came over a complemented me on it
