Spider Mites

How do I get rid of them?

I have a few lilys up front and also my blue lace hydrangeas

Spidermites killed my lily's and are everywhere all over them. I don't see any moving, but they are everywhere. I don't want them to kill my HUGE hydrangeas.

Will Sevin Dust work or should I just pull them all from the ground and replant more?

Do they survive in the soil or just on the stalk and leaf?

Please help,, I am all itchy now!!!
