My husband sealed the grout and I never have staining. I use soap and water to clean all my tile.

Socki - Once it's really clean, go out and buy a good sealer, spray it on and let it dry. Hope one of these suggestions have worked :)

I've tried bleach on my tile and grout and it doesn't work. Magic Eraser works good, but not as great as Tilex. Tilex is the bomb!!!

K........mix some Comet with full strength bleach and water and see what you get......open the windows..........

If everything else fails, get a grout saw and take off the top stained layer of grout. Then seal the grout lines with grout sealer. I had to do this for the bathroom tile in a place we bought. The grout was white and I used a white sealer as well. Looks great. Although I still want to gut the entire bathroom when the budget allows.

My back has been killing me. I was really hoping there was some miracle chemical that I could spray and mop with.

Have you tried mixing vinegar with a water solution? The acidity should help get up some grime.
