On-Site Lumber Milling?

Anyone know of someone in St. Mary's County with a portable mill?

I have about 6 logs btwn 6 and 10 feet that I want milled. smallest is about 16" diameter. Would have to be someone willing to do on-site.

thanks!

I helped a guy with a huge Pecan tree a few years back and he had a guy come out with his mill and take care of it. I'll check to see if I can get the contact info for you.

What's the largest diameter these things can handle? Portable ones, I mean.

Just curious. I have a downed tree where the first fifteen feet is around two feet thick or more. I'm kind of dreading doing anything because the wood is gonna weigh a ton.
