It wasn't hard at all to maintain. It would get a little slippery after it rained but not too bad.

We have it around our pool and they mixed non slip (sand) in the clear coat to keep it from being slippery. Don't know who did the job since it was a sub contractor when we had the pool done. Charles County Concrete in Waldorf has a large display area outside their sales building. Don't think they do it but probably know who does.

I believe that is who did ours... we love ours. I do recommend you stick with a light stain color. We did light at first then I went darker... the darker color will wear off in places where patio chairs are scooted about.

Go with Kwillia's guy - her patio looks awesome.

I have a dark red cobblestone look and I love it - except for the drain flaw.

Jamie Pulliam and his business partner Jeff Sullivan do awesome work. I am saving up for them to do some work for us......hopefully we can get it done soon.

It will require either ripping out the walkway and redoing it, or excavating a drain under the walkway to funnel the water out. It's outside his job description.
