| I cheated.. The curiosity was killing me.. I took the lid off of the Science Experiment we're calling "Sauerkraut" last night.. IT'S WORKING!! Kind of percolating, bubbling up, and starting to get a sour smell.. Picles are doing something but not sure what. The Tannin from the HorseRadish leaf is turning the brine into a tea color, but it looks like it's working too... What else can I ferment?? Maybe I should plant some cherry trees and make some chrerry wine..

| A friend of mine would make wine out of peaches, grapes, blackberry, blueberry, locust blossoms, honeysuckles, etc.
