| Where to find free dirt? All, I would like a pickup load or two of dirt. I don't mind loading it by hand. I had a guy tell about some new development (housing I think) in California (I think) that had a bunch of free dirt. Don't remember were though. I looked online at some excavators and it seems they all sell dirt (makes sense). So, anyone know where to get free dirt? I'm in Lusby, but the guy working for my lives in California, so wherever is fine. Not looking for topsoil or anything, just some fill dirt. Thanks, Ben |

| The post above is correct. If you drive to the back of the Broad Creek subdivision, they were giving away free topsoil (we got some 3 weeks ago). |

| I was going to say the same thing -- isn't Earth just a big ball of dirt and water? Surely there is some that doesn't cost money.
