Day 2.5 . They came out this AM and pulled the pump, it was burned up. After replacing it still had bad current readings. They found out that the wire going from the house to the well had a short from one leg to ground so they ran a temporary wire to it and will trench it later. I had water for about an hour and it quit again. I hope the short time they tested the new pump before finding the shorted wire didn't burn up the new pump too. If so I say their mistake. A $900 one.
