| We use Cayenne pepper in water and pour it in the holes. It works for us. Those little buggers are destructive.

| Thanks everybody! Baja and Vrai also gave me some advice tonight. Seems I have voles. I need to go kidnap a cat and or 6 and pepper up my yard.

Just how small are you? Vole holes are smaller than a dime; are you wearing your stilettos outside? | |

We played trivia and placed third. One more right answer and we would have been in a 1st place playoff.

| We had a terrible problem with them a few years ago. We were told to get juicy fruit in the silver metal wrapper. Leave the wrapper on and rip it in half and place it in the holes. They eat it and I think the wrapper is what kills them. Hubby did it and we did not have problems for years but now I am starting to notice them. I figured it was due to last winter being so mild and how crazy all the bugs got so there is an unlimited food supply. |

| Voles are after grubs Milky spore can be applied to your yard to kill the grubs and if no grubs the voles go elsewhere. Milky sore is kind of $ it depends on the area being treated. It didn't work well for us but we live surrounded by woods.
