anybody need help with exercising horses

i really like to exercise horses for a job but im not the best rider but i have nice hands and im gentle ive been riding for 5 years still have have things to work with like my heels but there getting way better if anyone needs the help let me know

Go to some of the local barns and ask about working student programs. That way you can take lessons and improve your riding skills, but not pay for them since you can work them off.
