ISO 1/2 lease for mare

ISO 1/2 lease on local farm full Belgian mare located in Charlotte Hall, MD. She is 16hh and gentle as a lamb. You must be over 18 years old. No restrictions on amount of ridding. She is broke under saddle and is great on the bit - w/t/c. She rides in a snaffle. We have beautiful trails on the farm that back up to a lots of acreage we can ride on. Small ring to practice ride. On farm lease only. I can help with ground work due to up coming surgery. I will include her tack. $150.00 per month lease. I pay all vet and farrier. I can also trailer to Oak Ridge for large ring work on weekends and weather permitting. Dressage and private lessons are available if you choose at your expense. Showing is an option for 2013 Season. She is a fun ride and a very sweet and gentle horse. She picks up her feet and has great barn manners and is very polite and not pushy.
