| I was wondering if anyone would besides me would come to the obvious conclusion. There was a piece in the Wash Times today by a guy who must have read your column - you beat him to the punch by several days.

| Nah, Clinton was just being a "good lawyer" and following the letter of the law. We had no charges pending against these lovely people! They were just practicing their religious freedom and speaking their minds over there. He was being "very careful" not to violate their rights. |

| John, Taking your post in the sarcastic nature as it reads, I doubt if this has anything to do with him being a lawyer. #It was incompetence and negligence bordering on criminal. #As more people hear about this I hope an outcry for a full and honest investigation comes about. I further hope that the cover-up of the TWA800 shoot down comes to light, as I feel it is directly related to September 11th. #

| Now! Now! We had no proof Bin Laden did anything wrong. And Bubba was only looking out for his Civil Rights. He may have educated some of the Arab gentlemen in "Terrorist tactics" and "familiarized" them with weaponry..... But for all he knew they might have been "writing a novel"...............Or perhaps making a movie. Any acts they commited with the information were theirs alone. So Bubba was trying to protect the liberty of someone who's only crime was an exchange of ideas between him and his kinsmen. We can't go around prosecuting people for ideas. # The nerve!!! ![]() (Edited by John at 12:42 pm on Dec. 7, 2001) |

| Thanks for the review. Its been a long time since I played any sports, but it used to be , no matter the win or loss, It's how you played the game. Today's thing, seems to win at any cost. I feel for the future of our decendents. What will become of them if we continue down this road. |
