That would look great on you. You have great eyes. But don't you wear your hair short already? Can't you just curl it when you want to or does it resist?

I think it'd be too much volume for you. I like the way your hair is now without the curls.

Yeah, my mop is short already. I have thick super straight hair that doesn't hold a curl very good, but will hold a perm good. So it's easier to straighten than it is to curl it.

I think it looks feminine and pretty when down. I'm blessed with hair that is straight and really dosen't frizz so it's a real carefree style for me. I hated the constant maintenance of short hair, the monthly cuts, the twice a day styling, all the goop to make it poof up and lay just so. Now I just run a brush though it and get the ends trimmed every few months.
No, I don't hate men, I hate the comment that Men Love Long Hair as if our entire lives are devoted to constantly pleasing the opposite sex. I have had LONG HAIR as well, but for women who want to cut it and are afraid of what OTHERS will think...namely MEN, and now obviously women too, they shouldn't allow their hair to define them as women. "It's too short, I'll look butch, people might think I'm gay" blah, blah, blah. Long hair is beautiful, when kept nice, but change is also nice. A lot of people are afraid of change. Shorter hair is more upkeep true, but it can be a nice change for someone who might be looking for a new look. I think the Katie Holmes look is darling and I would never discourage someone from taking a leap if they feel they really want to give it a try.

I think we as women have been brainwashed into thinking that our hair defines us as women, as if boobs and no penis doesn't do that for us. The crappy thing of it all is that Men aren't going to change. We could do summersalts and handstands and serve "OUR MAN" and still never get approval whether we have long hair or not.

Tell you what sweetie-pie. You go ahead and cut your hair however the #### you want to and I won't say a word.

I didn't tell anyone what to do - I voiced an opinion.

So why don't you go on back your room, polish yourself off really nice, wash off your hands, go buy yourself a new pair of shoes, and I'll bet you feel a whole lot less bitter about whatever it is that's chapping your biscuit.

And no - men are not going to change. We've been this way for millions of years. It just is what it is.

J doesn't like curly hair, so you know a perm isn't even an option.
