Walmart offers new makeup line for 8-12-year-olds | Shop Girl | Chron.com - Houston Chronicle

The makeup up is...whatever. My girls weren't allowed to wear makeup that young. But the skin care items sound great!

We had ivory and dove soap. Worked fine.

I agree, no make up at that age, but it is never too soon to start with good skin care.
