wildewood mckays

I went to mckays in wildewood this weekend and it was subpar. The store smelt fishy, didnt seem clean at all and the cashiers weren't friendly. I steak that I bought didnt look as big as the typical ny strip that I normally buy but it was the best that they had available.

One thing I don't miss about the Lexington Park Food Lion was the empty shelves. Seemed to me when the first of the month came around and the chicken heads got their foodstamps, everything was cleaned out.

Here's a McKay's story. Let me start by saying that McKay's in Lexington Park is @ 16 miles from my house. Well my groceries were totaled up, bagged and put back into my cart. I get home and find that two of my bags of groceries are not there. I call the Manager drive another 16 miles back to the store, by then the Manager has found my 2 bags of groceries and taken them to the customer service desk. The manager then re-rings everything in the two bags and.......... then refunds me the money and apologizes!!!!

Now that's good customer service!

For good steak, it would be worth the drive over the bridge to go to Woodburns, they have huge steaks and the prices aren't bad. The seafood is pretty good too.

You should shop closer to home.

The McKay's in Wildewood sucks, in comparison to the L'town store.

And speaking of Foodlion, I will only go to the newest one in Lusby. That is a really nice store!
