McKays Grocery

I have always been pleased with the McKay stores, especially the new one in Leonardtown. Its very nice and hopefully it will stay that way. I finally convinced the other half to start shopping there instead of Food Lion. I absolutely hate food lion. Their stores are dirty and their management does not do a very good job at all in my opinion.

Anyways, thought I would give a thumbs up to the new McKays store in L'town.

The one in L-town is indeed nice.. However the one in Wildewood is the pits.

The Ltown McKay's is very nice. It's like Woodburn's over in Solomons - an upscale type of grocery with all kinds of interesting items.

I avoid the Wildewood store at all costs, and I live in the neighborhood.

I love the McKay's too. Sometimes too hard to get past the ready to eat stuff just inside the door and they have a great selection of breads and fresh vegetables.

The F.L. in L'twn is not too bad, but a lot of times when we go in, they are out of what we made the trip for. Sometime we drive all the way to the F.L. in Callaway. The one at St. Mary's square is the worst.

If St. Mary's square is the worst, then the one in Charlotte Hall is a close second

I am glad to finally hear some opinions about the leonardtown McKays, I've been curious but I hate their Charlotte Hall location so much I've had no desire to visit another one. You want ####ty customer service, terrible selection of no so fresh and over priced produce then Charlotte Hall McKays is the place to be!

McKay's in Leonardtown is indeed WONDERFUL!!!!! Thre prices are good and the store is VERY CLEAN, I really like the PURECART system and know I always have a clean cart. THEY REALLY NEED ANOTHER GROCERY CHOICE IN THE CHARLOTTE HALL AREA!!!!! The FL is beyond horrible and the McKays in CH is okay.

Some one should write to Mr. McKay and ask why the L'town store is so wonderful yet the others are sub-par?? Hopefully the L'town will stay nice.

I live near the Charlotte Hall McKays and FoodLion. My choice, hands down is McKays. FoodLion never has anything! I've never had any problem with customer service at the Charlotte Hall McKays. Everyone there has always been very nice or gone out of their way to help me. JMHO.
