You also missed that I placed an extra L at the end of the word plentYfulL. If you're going to critique ones grammatical errors be sure to find all the mistakes. Otherwise you just look like a jackass with nothing better to do than nit pick.

Building on people that sit at home and do nothing, you have no idea how angered I get when I come home and see the same 5 people that is living with my neighbor sitting outside not doing anything while letting their babies run around in diapers in the street. So I have to go out and make a living so that my tax dollars can feed their lazy asses. I can see having sympathy for someone that is busting their buns to get ahead in life, but I have no sympathy for those that live off of the system.

Of course interest rates have been lower. Right now interest rates are low compared the norm if you look back over the past 20-30 years!

It's the media that's killing the housing market and not home prices. Homes in this area have fallen in price as much as 17% is some cases. Meanwhile interest rates have remained low.... Last time I checked jobs are plentiful around here and job security is almost a non issue. More Government related companies are moving down here monthly. All this and houses are still sitting on the market for way too long. I think many buyers who are "buying" into the housing crash are missing out on some great deals.
