Accident in Calvert???

Does anyone know about an accident in Calvert where one former Huntingtown high student was killed and another severely injured last night? I was looking and didn't see anything. My co-worker is trying to find out what happened, and knows I check here. I didn't see anything in the threads.

I heard this on my scanner last night. Reported as a vehicle overturned on Rt. 231 at the Knolls. The EMT who first arrived on the scene reported there was a DOA and a Priority 1 and to start the helicopter. When the patient information was given to the helicpoter they said he had a severe cut above his eye and was awake and alert but had possibly lost consiousness when the accident occured. The person who was flown out was a 20 year old male. They didn't release any info on the DOA over the scanner. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the info. Not a good way to start the day.

My co-worker woke up this morning to all these text messages about it, and didn't know what had happened.

Out of respect for the people involved, why don't you just wait until it comes out in the paper, etc.

I was just wondering due to the fact that my brother graduated last year from Huntingtown and he hadn't heard anything yet.
