Relocate to Maryland

I am thinking of relocting to Maryland from Dallas,Texas (big change I know) and am looking for a little help. It is for personal reasons and do plan on taking my time. I have been to a few towns in the state an just feel in love. It also helps that I have a very close friend is southern PA. I am a 32yr old female and just looking for any first-hand information on a couple smaller cities or towns.

If you're looking for easy access to Southern PA, then the Frederick area would probably serve you best.

If you're looking for Southern Maryland, I'd gladly sell you my house =)
