Ahem, Excuse me, Excuse me! This is a SOUTHERN MARYLAND forum!!!! NOT a GEORGIA forum!! We don't speak kindly of other places except HERE TTVM!!!!

And besides, most of us are on Atkins and talking about peaches is just cruel.

Speaking of Atkins .... I forgot to mention that we made some awesome sugar free peach ice cream ( we used equal at the time but will use Splenda next time ) a few times with those peaches we picked from Cherry Hill Orchard .... didn't Dr Atkins revise his plan and allow fruits in moderation ... ?

We made some vanilla ice cream last week with cream, half and half, skim milk, vanilla, eggs, and splenda. It was but very oink-oink. The calories and fat would kill a horse.

Yeah, you can eventually add fruit in, right after he lets you drink wine (not kidding).

Yeah I know, but then I've got to go to meetings and all, and the mood I've been in lately, being around real live people, is probably not a good idea.

Now, if I had a "do it yourself weightwatchers" book, I could probably handle it.
