The burbs of Atlanta - like Dunwoody, ain't too bad, but I am not sure how close I would want to live to Atlanta proper. The Stone Mountain area isn't bad either. But I personally would head back down towards Savannah or maybe even Brunswick.

hehe thought you might appreciate that <doing the tomahawk chop > Buford is where my brother lives, its far enough away from the city but still .... there is the traffic anytime you want to go anywhere ...ugh ... savannah or brunswick would be nice, still close to the water ... we were in Jacksonville for many years, I wouldn't mind going back there either . | |

| I remember the first snow I saw in GA (since I was in an area where it never snowed) vividly. I had just got my license and was racing back from Garden City into Savannah and all this weird white stuff started floating around. I thought the Dixie Sugar plant had exploded! The cars in front of me pulled off to the side, so I did to, and everybody got out and we watched it snow. Never even touched the ground. Once it stopped, we all got back in our cars and went our merry way!
