| If you can afford it stay at the Bellagio or Venetian. Just got back from Vegas a couple of weeks ago and stayed at the Bellagio. The trip prior to that we stayed at the Venetian. I also stayed at the MGM last year which was pretty nice as well.

![]() Last time I stayed there when I was checking in they mentioned that they had a few tickets left for a concert that was going on in one of their arenas... it ended up being The Dixie Chicks, Leann Rimes, Faith Hill, & Shelly Wright (sp) the tickets were $10 so I was expecting nose bleeds however this was going to be a televised concert for one of the country channels and they needed it to look packed even though there were still a lot of seats open so I ended up getting to sit in the 10th row ![]() So if you stay there make sure to ask what concerts/shows they have & if there are any discouted tickets. | |

| I have stayed at the Flamingo 2 times and was pleased. I would stay there again. It's also right in the middle of the strip

| I would recommend the MGM grand. It is my favorite hotel on the strip. The Wynn and Balagio are nice but they are a little bit fancy for me. They are nice hotels but they are fancy to the point were everything is prim and proper and not as relaxed of an atmospheres as the MGM. The Wynn has a very nice golf coarse but at 500 a round It is a little expensive to golf there. The New York New York hole was a little bit to cheesy for me. It reminded me of Coney island. You will not be disappointed with the MGM. I found this hotel the most fund and spent more time there than at any other hotel. |

| If you have a chance take in a show. We saw Cirque du Soleil "O" and it was simply incredible. Some of the things they do are pretty amazing. Well worth the price of admission.
