Anyone born in Leap Year?

Is there anyone here that has a birthday of Feb 29th and how do you handle only having a real birthday every 4 years????

A lady I work with had her child on the last leap year day, so this year will be the first year they actually get to celebrate it ON his birthday. She says they celebrate it the day before on non-leap years.

I went to High School and College with a girl born on leap day. She is 12 this year! When we were at SMC, we celebrated her 5th Birthday!! Had fun using kiddie decorations and everything! She used to celebrate the entire week surrounding the 28th on non leap years. She moved to Texas and we lost touch. Oh well, Happy 12th Birthday Lisa!!!!

My younger brother was born on Feb. 29th, 1956. Legally he'll be 52 this year, birthday wise he's just becoming a teenager. On non-Leap Years we used to celebrate his birthday on Feb. 28th.

Title of the thread caused me some confusion. I originally thought you were asking if anyone was born in a leap year. That would make the list pretty long, as anyone born in:

1940,1944,1948,1952,1956,1960,1964,1968,1972,1976,1980,1984,1988,1992,1996,2000,2004,2008 would qualify as being born in a leap year.

Then I realized you specified February 29th. So that counts out everyone I know that was born in a leap year.

Gawd I'm in a pissy mood this morning. Please forgive me.
